Items will be replaced only if any defects are found.
The item being returned must be unused, not damaged and in a saleable condition. Any sign of usage will give us the right to refuse return.
The item must be returned in original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, wigs and accessories must be returned unopened and unused with the tamper seals in place (if tamper seals are provided).
We are not liable for return or exchange, if item is not as per Customer’s expectation. Please ensure before placing an Order. Actual product may slightly differ from the Image.
Refunds will be made to the card used for the Original purchase and are processed as soon as possible (Generally, within 3-4 days of receipt).
Security Deposit for Rental Product
Security deposit will be refunded to the card that was used for the original purchase and are processed as soon as possible (usually within 3-5 days of receipt).
The security amount for rental products will be returned when we receive the product.
If any damage, marks or smell is present, any item is missing, any part is broken, then according to the damage, full or partial security will be forfeited.
If the rental product is returned in same condition as at the time of receiving then full security amount will be returned to the customer.
